How to Delete a Scheduled Message

Login to Staging Login to Production

Step 2

Click on the Clients page.

Step 3

Search for the desired Client by using the top left "Search Clients" field. You can search by Client First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, and Client Reference.

Once you find the desired Client, click on their profile in the Clients table.

Select the message that you'd like to delete from the Scheduled Messages list.

After selecting the scheduled message, click on the Trash bin icon on the message form.
