Prerequisites

Forward Inbound Messages by Assigned User requires an assigned user for each client. Click here to learn How to Configure Agency Email Settings and add assigned users.

How to Use Forward Inbound Messages by Assigned User

Step 1) Click on "Settings" from the top navigation, then the Agency Phones tab

Step 2) Click on the phone number, then enable the Forward to Assigned Users settings and click the Save button.

Step 3) Click on "Settings" from the top navigation, then the Agency Emails tab

Step 4)  Click on the email address, then enable the Forward to Assigned Users settings and click the Save button.

What to Expect

After saving, you should expect to see the message forwarded to the assigned user's email address and/or phone.
