How to Complete Carrier Registration

How to register your entity and campaigns with US-based carriers. Carrier registration as a government entity ensures high deliverability and sending rates.

Why Complete Carrier Registration?

Registering with carriers is required for all agencies sending or receiving SMS and voice calls. Read more about carrier registration here.

Prerequisites

You must be an existing eCourtDate customer with an active service plan and access to the billing system. If you cannot access the billing system, please complete the customer profile form and email the completed form to help@ecourtdate.com.

How to Initiate Carrier Registration

Step 1) Login to the Billing Dashboard.

Step 2) Optional - only if you have multiple customer profiles. Select the customer for whom you want to complete a registration in the top right customer switcher.

Step 3) Click on the Edit Customer button in the dashboard.

Step 4) Ensure all required fields are completed in the customer profile. Click Update to apply any changes.

Step 5) Click the Initiate Registration button once the customer profile is complete.

Step 6) Ensure all fields are filled appropriately in the Carrier Registration form, and then click the Initiate Registration button to confirm.

Once the carrier registration is submitted, we advise waiting one hour to complete the next step.

You will receive an email once the registration status is updated.

Once the customer registration is verified, you will see a Brand Details section:

You should only proceed with registering a campaign if your status is either Verified or Vetted_Verified.

How to Register a Campaign

Step 1) Login to the Billing Dashboard.

Step 2) Optional - only if you have multiple customer profiles. Select the customer for whom you want to complete a registration form in the top right customer switcher.

Step 3) Click on Campaigns in the main navigation.

Step 4) Click on the campaign you want to register for (we recommend starting with Mixed-Standard).

Step 5) Complete the campaign registration form. Ensure any SubUseCases are selected.

Step 6) Click the Register Campaign button once ready.

Once the campaign is registered, you can view carrier limits and restrictions on the same page.

The entire carrier and campaign registration process may take 3 - 5 business days.
