CONFIGURE SMTP

You'll need to set the following fields using your SMTP provider:

  • SMTP Host
  • SMTP Port
  • SMTP Username
  • SMTP Password
  • SMTP Encryption

LINK AGENCY EMAILS

1) Login to your Agency in staging or production.

2) Click Admin > Settings > Agency Emails.

3) Click the Agency Email that you want to link.

4) Choose the configured Gateway and click Save.

Go back to the Console Gateway configuration and refresh the page. You should expect to see any linked emails.

Any future outbound messages using the Agency Email should use the linked gateway.

There's no restriction to the number of agency emails associated with a particular gateway.

RATE LIMITS

Configure the Rate Limit setting to prevent sending too many messages to your server.

By default, each agency can dispatch up to 50 messages per minute.

Alternatively, disable dispatching in the Agency General Settings to disable rate limiting.

FAILURE NOTIFICATIONS

Receive emails and webhooks whenever an outbound email fails using your gateway.

  • Configure the Failure Emails setting with a comma-separated list.
  • Configure the Failure Webhook setting with a URL to receive payloads.
