step-by-step guide to create a new portal link
The portals are the links that clients see in their messages. Super admins can create portals to manage better client cases, files, locations, deadlines, and other important information.
To create a new portal, follow these steps:
Step 1) From the top gear icon, go to Admin Settings, then Portals
I) Identify the portal link by giving it a name, such as "County Portal" or "Payment Portal," to differentiate it from other portals
II) Use the Search button to check if the portal name is unique when the search is verified to be unique. Click the Create Portal button.
How to update and trash Portals
I) Click on the portal to open and edit it.
II) Click the Save Portal button to update the portal settings.
III) Click the Trash button to trash the portal.
