Setting Up Outlook Calendar Sync

Auto-sync eCourtDate with Azure Active Directory Outlook calendars

Prerequisite: You must have a configured Azure IDP that successfully authenticates your users into eCourtDate. Read this article to create a new IDP.

 

 

Step 2: Choose the desired Enterprise Application:

Step 3: Click on API Permissions:

Step 4: You should see pre-existing permissions (at least User.Read):

Step 5: To add Calendar permissions, click on Add a Permission:

Step 6: Click on Microsoft Graph, then Application Permissions.

 

Step 7: Search for "calendar" to filter the calendar-related permissions.

 

Step 8: Enable the desired permissions:

  • Enable Calendars.Read to sync calendars one-way from Outlook to eCourtDate.

  • Enable Calendars.ReadWrite to sync calendars two-way (recommended).

Step 9: Click Add Permissions to confirm.

 

Step 10: (optional) Click on Grant Admin Consent to authorize the integration for all users:
