Learn the steps to permanently delete all data linked to your eCourtDate account by resetting it.
If you need a fresh start with eCourtDate, resetting all your data is now easy. Simply follow the instructions provided to wipe your test data or start anew.
1. Go to the Console, and select the Tools tab.
2. Select the agency you want to reset data for, choose the data you want to reset, tick the checkbox, and click "Reset Data."
3. Once you click ''Reset Data'', a confirmation message will appear.
