Can't Sign In
  • Reset your password - Click "Forgot Password" on the login screen
  • Check your email - Ensure you're using the correct email address
  • Check your spam folder - Sometimes the email gets filtered into spam
  • Ensure your agency doesn't use Single Sign-On (SSO) - If so, check with your administrator for the correct sign in link. You do not have a separate eCourtDate login.
Blank Page or Loading Issues
  • Refresh your browser twice - Sometimes the issue is a temporary glitch
  • Clear browser cache - Try clearing your cookies and cache
  • Check your internet connection - Test your connection with another website
  • Try a different browser - We recommend Chrome or Edge
  • Check your agency's firewall - Your agency may have firewall restrictions

  • Disable VPN - If using a VPN, try disabling it temporarily

Frequently Asked Questions

Our agency has changed the domain name for email addresses. What do we need to do to access eCourtDate?

If you previously had a user profile under a different domain, you will need to create a new user profile under the new domain.

Once the users with the new domain have been added, you can remove the old user profiles.

I used to have a user profile under a different email address. How do I add that email address to my account?

Each user profile is linked to a specific email address. If you used a different email address to login to eCourtDate, you will need to create a new user profile under the new email address.

The only user who had access to eCourtDate is no longer with the agency. What do we do now?

The help team is only authorized to assist with registered users and billing contacts. If the staff member left and did not add a replacement user, please follow these steps:

  • Direct Billing - contact help@ecourtdate.com with a letter of authorization to invite new users.
  • State Funded - ask your program or state administrator to send an approval email to help@ecourtdate.com to invite new users.
  • Partner - contact the partner for assistance.
