Our agency has changed the domain name for email addresses. What do we need to do to access eCourtDate?
If you previously had a user profile under a different domain, you will need to create a new user profile under the new domain.
Once the users with the new domain have been added, you can remove the old user profiles.
I used to have a user profile under a different email address. How do I add that email address to my account?
Each user profile is linked to a specific email address. If you used a different email address to login to eCourtDate, you will need to create a new user profile under the new email address.
The only user who had access to eCourtDate is no longer with the agency. What do we do now?
