Role Management Allows Super Admins to Assign and Manage Users’ Roles in eCourtDate Effectively.

Why Use Role Management?

Use Role Management to assign and manage roles for users in eCourtDate effectively.

Prerequisites

Role Management requires Super Admin access to eCourtDate. If you don't have Super Admin privileges, please contact your organization's administrator. 

How to Use Role Management

Step 1) Click on Admin Settings in the top navigation.

Step 2) Click on the Roles tab on the settings

Step 3) Enter the desired role name, specify the permissions, and proceed to click on "Save."

  • Name: Create unique roles for individual users such as Billing, Uploader, Analyst, etc.
  • Permissions: Select only the necessary permissions.
  • Hidden Navigations: Hide specific sections from user access or view.

What to Expect

After saving, you should expect to see the role created.
