Why Send a One-Off Message?
A one-off message allows you to communicate important information or updates to specific recipients without creating an event, whether it's notifying a single user about a court date change or sending a personalized reminder.
Prerequisites
Before you can send a one-off message, ensure that you have the following:

An Active Account: You must have an active account on eCourtDate.com with the necessary permissions to send messages.

Recipient's Contact Information: Ensure you have the correct contact information (email or phone number) of the recipient you want to send the message.
How to Send a One-off Message
Step 1) Search for the desired Client using the top left "Search" field. You can search by Client First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, and Client Reference based on the agency's settings.
Step 2) Once you find the desired Client, click on their profile.
Step 3) Fill in the message you want to send to the Client. Once you are happy with the message, click "Send Message."
- If you are sending a message to an email address, enter the Subject.
- You can attach files to your message.
- To schedule the message or add merge tags, click on the Options button.
What to Expect
After successfully scheduling the one-off message, the message appears in the Scheduled Messages feed. Messages are scheduled based on the agency's default delay time.
