Why Duplicate Messages?

Message Duplication on eCourtDate lets you quickly create copies of existing messages, streamlining communication by reusing relevant content for multiple clients.

Prerequisites

To use the Message Duplication feature, you need an existing message. If you don't have one, Click here to learn How to Create a one-off message.

How to Duplicate a Message

Step 1) Click on any message to view the message content details. 

Step 2) Click the "Duplicate" button on the message screen you wish to duplicate.

Step 3) Enter the phone/email or client to whom you wish to forward the message and click the "Send Message" button.

  • If you are sending a message to an email address, enter the Subject
  • You can attach files to your message and change its content.
  • To schedule the message or add merge tags, click on the Options button.

What to Expect

Once you click "Send Message," the selected recipient(s) will receive a duplicated message that includes the content you want, which will be delivered based on the default delay time.

Frequently Asked Questions

Question: Will the duplicated message appear in the same message thread as the original?

Answer: No, the duplicated message will be treated as a separate, new message, not part of the original message thread.
