Automated Message Issue Troubleshooting Guide
Below are some tips on how to troubleshoot automated messages sent by mistake:
Step 1) Switch to Simulate mode to disable sending any more outbound messages.
Click the Green Live button on the footer of any screen to switch to Simulate mode.
Step 2) Reset scheduled and simulated messages via the Console:
I) Go to the Console tools tab.
II) On the "Delete Scheduled Messages" form, Select the agency from the drop-down list, confirm the checkbox, and click "Run Tool."
III) On the "Delete Simulated Messages" form, Select the agency from the drop-down list, confirm the checkbox, and click "Run Tool."
