How to Send a Mass One-off Message Using Bulk Actions

Bulk Actions allows users to efficiently send one-off messages to multiple recipients, saving time and improving communication in eCourtDate.

Why Use Bulk Actions?

Use Bulk Actions to send one-off messages to multiple recipients simultaneously in eCourtDate. This feature is a time-saving tool for efficiently managing your communication with multiple users.

Prerequisites

Before you can send a mass one-off message, ensure that you have the following:
1) You must have an active account on eCourtDate with the necessary permissions to send messages.
2) Ensure you have the correct contact information (email or phone number) of the recipient you want to send the message.

How to Use Bulk Actions

Step 1) From the main navigation bar, go to the Bulk Actions

Step 2) Set the Action Type to "Send A Message," then click the "Add Bulk Action" button.

Step 3) Compose your message in the message box or prefill using the "Auto Message" button and click "Save" to send the message to all selected recipients.

  • Message Delay in minutes refers to the time it takes for a message to be scheduled to a recipient.
  • Select the phone number or email address you want to send a message.
  • You can search for the desired clients by selecting the preferred parameters on the left. You can search for clients by event date, location, assigned user, flow, and many other factors. Click the "Search" button once you have chosen.

Once satisfied with the client list and the message, click "Live Run." to run it live.

Notes:

  • "Save" will allow you to send it later manually.
  • The "Schedule Run" option allows you to schedule a bulk action at a specific time and date.
  • "Test Run" will simulate sending it.
  • To delete a bulk action, click "Trash."
  • You can view it in "CSV" format by downloading it.
  • To re-use the bulk action, you can "clone" it.

What to Expect

After clicking "Save," you should expect the following:

  • Your message will be sent to all selected recipients.
  • You will see a confirmation message indicating the successful delivery of your bulk message.
