Getting help with logging in for the first time

If you're having difficulty logging in to eCourtDate for the first time, don't worry. We've got a few tips to help you get up and running.

First, make sure that you're entering your username and password correctly. If you don't know your password, Follow these steps:

Step 1) click the "Forgot password" link on the login screen.

Step 2) Input your email address, then click the "Continue" button.

Step 3) Once you click the "Continue" button, you should receive a password reset email to reset your password. An example email is below. Click the "Confirm" button to continue.

Step 4) You should see the password reset screen after clicking the "Confirm" button. Choose a new password, then click "Reset Continue."

If you're still having difficulty logging in after resetting your password, follow these steps:

Step 1) If you're using Internet Explorer, try using a modern browser like Chrome, Edge, or Firefox.
