Why Manage Users?

Prerequisites

To manage users, you must be a Super Admin or have permission to create users. Click here to learn How to Create Users.

How To Search for an Existing User

Step 1) Go to Users from the main navigation bar.

Step 2) You can search by name, phone, email, or role in the "Search Users" form, then click the "Search Users" button.

How To Assign a Role to a User

Prerequisites: The roles must already be configured on the roles settings to see the user roles in the drop-down list.

Step 1) Click the user you want to add the role to.

Step 2) Add the role from the users edit page.

Step 3) Once the role is added, click the "Save User" button.

 

Click save button

How To Trash a User

Click any user you want to trash; once on the edit user page, click the "Trash" from the "Tools" button.
