How to Reset a User Password

Password Reset Allows eCourtDate Users to Conveniently and Securely Reset Their Passwords.

Why Use Password Reset? 

Use Password Reset to reset the password of your user in eCourtDate.

Prerequisites

Password Reset requires an active user account on eCourtDate. Ask your organization's admin user to add you if you don't have one. Instructions on creating a user account can be found here.

How to Use Password Reset

Step 1) Click the "Forgot Password" on the login page.

Step 2) Enter your email address, then click Continue.

Step 3) Check your email inbox for further instructions.

Step 4) Check your email inbox and follow the link to update your password. Once you open the link, enter your new password and click the Reset password button.

What to Expect

After saving, you should expect a confirmation message indicating that your password has been reset.
