Every map on every portal, on event pages, location pages and the locations directory, now runs on eCourtDate's own mapping service. Maps work on every agency's web address with nothing to set up, load only on pages that show a map, and match the portal's look.

Choose how the map looks
A button in the corner of every map offers six styles: Light, Dark, White, Gray, Black and Satellite. The choice is remembered for the next map the visitor opens on that device.
Satellite view
Aerial photos of the United States with street and place names on top, so people can recognize the building, its entrances and its parking. Location pages open in satellite view.
Live weather
Visitors can turn on weather radar and National Weather Service alerts (warnings, watches and advisories) over any map, which helps when planning a trip to court in bad weather. Updated every few minutes, for the United States.
Directions in one tap
Each pin shows the place's name and address, with buttons for directions in Google Maps or Apple Maps.
In the visitor's language
Place names appear in the page's language where the map has them, and the new map controls are translated into the portal's languages. Matches the portal's theme
Portals with a dark theme show a dark map automatically. Still useful when a map can't load
If a device can't display maps, or the map service is unavailable, the page lists the locations with their addresses and directions links instead of showing an empty box.
Accessible
The map's style and weather menu works with a keyboard and with screen readers.
