When editing a portal, there are two new options:

• Allow Cancel Event
• Cancel Event Reasons

When enabled, event pages on the portal will display a Cancel Event button at the end of the page. If clicked, the client chooses a reason and adds optional comments. The event status is updated to canceled and a comment is created with the reason.
