- Improved flows management with clearer card hierarchy, language controls, message counts, preview enhancements, and clickable navigation between messages.

- Added an event troubleshooting page with diagnostic checks and updated default case creation fields.
Navigation, Performance, and UI Polish
- Added load-more pagination to agencies and the agency switcher.
- Fixed sent files pagination so loading more appends results correctly.
- Lazy-loaded routes and added recovery for chunk loading errors.
- Replaced the Toast UI editor with a custom contenteditable WYSIWYG editor.
- Cleaned up dark mode issues, improved preview components, adjusted navbar/logo behavior, and removed unused onboarding/stats views.
