Calendar

  • Redesigned Calendar View - New year view showing 12-month summary cards with event counts and top statuses. Month view now shows count badges with click-to-filter. Weekly view rebuilt with a Google Calendar-style time block layout.
  • Click day to filter events - Clicking a day in month view highlights it and filters the events list below to show only that day's events. Click again to deselect.
  • Accurate event counts - Calendar event counts are now fetched from the server for accuracy, with a progress bar during loading.
  • Fixed loading spinner stuck when clicking a day with no events.

Tasks

  • Dedicated Tasks page - New standalone Tasks page with client filtering, status filter tabs (All, Open, Completed), and overdue row highlighting.
  • Redesigned task editing - Side-by-side layout with status badge in header, overdue due-date highlighting, and related tasks list.
  • Tasks on client records - Collapsible inline task creation form on client pages with clickable status toggle, overdue highlighting, and quick access to view all tasks.
  • Assign Tasks bulk action - New bulk action type to assign tasks in bulk with a task builder UI.
  • Default task settings - New Tasks section in Settings to configure default due date and task status, automatically applied when creating new tasks.
  • Tasks in portals - New Tasks tab added to portal configuration.
  • Comments field on tasks - Tasks now support a comments field.

Photos

  • Client photos gallery - New gallery page with carousel viewer for browsing client photos.
  • Drag-and-drop upload - Upload photos via drag-and-drop or file picker with a visible drop zone.
  • Webcam capture - Capture photos directly from webcam with camera picker support.
  • Client demographics on photos - View client demographic fields (DOB, gender, language, race) below photo carousel.

Help & Support

  • Redesigned Help page - Existing tickets are now surfaced first, with the create form behind a "New Ticket" button to reduce duplicates. General questions are routed to Live Chat.
  • AI Help Chat - Redesigned as a full-page AI chat experience with help resources sidebar, search, and autofocus.
  • Ticket status in notifications - Help ticket notifications now include the ticket status.
  • Comment notifications - Comment notifications now include the ticket status.

Contacts

  • Bulk actions - Added bulk select with checkboxes and actions for Opt In, Opt Out, Archive, Trash, and Restore.
  • Fixed contacts disappearing when using Opt In/Opt Out bulk actions.
  • Fixed restore button incorrectly showing in contacts bulk actions.

Messages

  • Updated At column - Messages index now shows when each message was last updated.
  • Direction filter - Added direction field to message search.

Documents

  • Client column - Added client column to the documents index table.

Recurring Actions

  • Schedule time support - Recurring actions now support a specific schedule time for more precise scheduling.

  • New email templates - Added bulletin, survey, and event email templates for mass notifications.

Settings

  • Business days fix - Fixed an issue where business days settings were being reset to defaults on every page load.
