New Features

  • Analytics dashboard now displays message metrics, delivery rates, open rates, and failure rates with status-based filtering for better visibility into communication performance.
  • Citation violations can now be filtered by adjudication status, and Users can select from FTA, Guilty, No Contest, or Dismiss options during case processing.
  • Dashboard content is now customizable—Users can save their preferred layout and configuration, which automatically displays when they return to the Dashboard tab.
  • Location selection streamlined with dropdown lists for state and county, with the ability to designate a default location.
  • Scheduled auto doc runs are now visible, and Users can manually trigger runs on demand through the "Run now" option.

Improvements

  • Address validation now checks with USPS before saving, displaying results across all relevant screens for improved data accuracy.
  • Citation violations in the designer's picker now show both citation and client information for easier selection and reference.
  • Excel file uploads in template samples and file previews are now supported again.
  • Maps across the platform now use MapLibre for consistent rendering and improved performance; address searches now leverage Google Places.
  • Submission answers can be merged into a client's coded fields by selecting from an available list.

  • Agency phone records now display call recording status and applicable flags pulled directly from API values.
  • Portal DNS records are only queried when a portal's link changes, reducing unnecessary system requests.
  • Row exports now include only checked rows, making the Addresses screens more flexible and efficient.
  • Auto doc boolean and yn operations now print flags as Y or N for clearer documentation.
  • Submissions table no longer auto-scrolls past 60 rows and provides feedback when data fails to load.
  • Calendar blocks stay to one line with only the end time displayed for cleaner scheduling views.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed submission merges to include all phone numbers without incorrectly linking to unrelated clients.
  • Resolved submissions table performance issues with large datasets.
