Reply to Inbound Texts and Emails Directly From Your Inbox
This feature allows you to respond to incoming messages from your email inbox without having to access the eCourtDate application.
Video Steps:
1. Create a Client: https://app.ecourtdate.com/clients
2. eCourtDate auto-sends a Welcome Message to the Client
3. Client replies to the Welcome Message from their Gmail inbox
4. eCourtDate auto-forwards the reply to the Assigned User
5. Assigned User replies to the auto-forwarded message from their Gmail inbox
6. eCourtDate auto-forwards Assigned User's reply to Client
7. Client receives Assigned User's reply in their Gmail inbox

Enable Forward to Assigned Users on the desired Agency Phone Number:
Note: this setting can be different from your Outside of Business Hours settings. For example, you can disable forwarding if outside of business hours.
