What to Expect

By archiving and trashing clients on eCourtDate, you can effectively manage your client list, organize inactive or completed cases separately, and remove clients no longer relevant to your practice. Additionally, you can restore clients from the archive or trash list whenever needed

Frequently Asked Questions

Question:
Can I permanently delete trashed clients?
Answer: eCourtDate does not permanently delete trashed clients. Instead, they are moved to the "Trashed Clients" tab, which can be restored if necessary. This ensures data safety and allows for accidental trashing to be easily corrected.

Question: Can I search for clients in the archive or trash list?
Answer: You can use the Advanced Search and add "Archived Clients" or "Trashed Clients" to find specific clients in the respective lists.
