Why Update Contacts?

Keeping your contacts up-to-date is essential for ensuring accurate and efficient communication. It also helps you comply with regulations and maintain precise records of your clients.

Prerequisites

To update your contacts, you need to add their information first.

How to Update Contacts

Step 1) Click on Clients from the top navigation, then the "Contacts" tab.

Step 2) Click on the contact that you want to update. Make the necessary changes and click "Save" to save the updated information.

  • You can assign a name to the contact.
  • You can add a type field to improve the recognition of contacts. 
  • You can choose between Phone, Email, or Voice.
