How to Setup up Auto Messages With Predefined Templates for Payment Reminders 

Step 1) Click on "Admin" from the top navigation, then "Auto Messages."

Step 2) Click on the "Auto Templates" tab, then click "Import" to import the auto message you want to use for your payment reminder.

Step 3) The "Import" button will open the edit auto message screen. Click "Save" to save your changes.

  • You can customize message delays and set default email subjects and attachments. 
  • Messages are only sent during business hours if configured in agency settings. 
  • The 'Ignore disabled status' option sends messages even if the client status is disabled. 
  • You can simulate messages using the 'Simulate message' feature.
  • You can update the message template as needed, then click "Auto Translate" to translate your message from English.
  • You can update the payment message triggers as desired. Some options to use with the payment messages are "When a payment is created," "Monthly payment balance," and "When a pay plan is outstanding."

How to Setup up Flow Messages With Predefined Templates for Payment Reminders

Step 1) Click on Admin from the top navigation, then "Flows."

Step 2) Click on the Flow Templates tab, then click "Import" to import the flow message you want to use for your payment reminder.

Step 3)The "Import" button will open the edit flow message screen. Click "Save" to save your changes.

  • To update a flow message, click on the message you wish to modify, then make the necessary changes and click Save.
  • You can customize message delays and set default email subjects and attachments. 
  • If "Delay to Business Hours" is enabled, messages are only sent during the business hours set in agency settings.
  • The 'Type' option allows you to send messages exclusively to clients that match the type field.
  • You can simulate messages using the 'Simulate message' feature.
  • You can update the message template as needed, then click "Auto Translate" to translate your message from English.
  • You can update the payment message triggers as desired. Some options to use with the payment flow messages are "When a payment is created," "When Payment is Updated,"  "By Payment Issue Date," "By Payment Due Date," and "By Payment Status." 
  • If "Geolocation" is enabled, the client's location will be tracked when they open the message.
  • If "Virtual" is enabled, the court location will be disabled. This is useful for virtual hearings and Zoom meetings.
