How to Create Public and Private Dashboards

To use this article: sign in to eCourtDate here.

Use the Dashboards feature to create multi-agency Dashboards for public or private users.

Use Dashboards to track eCourtDate messages, events, cases, client, and payments data.

We generally recommend at least the following:
  • Messages Dashboard
  • Events Dashboard
  • Payments Dashboard
  • Cases Dashboard

Each Agency can have an unlimited number of Dashboards.

Each Dashboard can be used with one or multiple agencies (based on the user's permissions).

Public Dashboards

Dashboards that are public-facing and can be accessed by any visitor without signing in.

Private Dashboards

Dashboards that are internal and require a private link to access.

Use the following steps to create a new Dashboard:

Step 1: Click on Admin / Dashboards in the main navigation.

Step 2: In the Add a Dashboard section, enter your preferred Dashboard Name, then click Add Dashboard.

Step 3: Click on the newly created Dashboard in the table.

Step 4: Configure the Dashboard based on your preferences.
