How to Configure a Portal Virtual Link
A Portal with a configured Virtual Link is a prerequisite to creating a virtual event. These steps should be followed once per Portal.
Step 1: Click on Admin / Portals.
Step 2: Create a new Portal or click an existing Portal.
Step 3: In the Virtual Link field, enter a meeting link and click Save.
Optional:
- Enter a Virtual Code such as a meeting ID.
How to Schedule a Virtual Event
Step 1: Click on Events from the top navigation.
Step 2: Create a new Event or click an existing Event.
Step 3: Enable Virtual and choose the Portal with a Virtual Link from the preceding steps.
Optional:
- Enter Virtual Notes to show additional information for the virtual event.
