Save Client Address on Portal Self-Enroll

Use the "Full Address" field to provide clients with an auto-complete address picker integrated with Google Maps.
Alternatively, use the following fields to allow clients to enter addresses manually:
- Address 1
- Address 2
- Address City
- Address State
- Address Zip
If the General Settings > Geocode Addresses setting is enabled, all addresses (regardless of data source) are validated with USPS for deliverability.
