The following general alerts will appear if one of the conditions is true:
**Legacy Browser ** Conditions: Browser older than two years or Internet Explorer. Message: Legacy browser detected. Use a modern browser.
Slow Network Conditions: network slower than 3G or 2 MB downlink Message: Slow network detected. Performance may not work as expected.
Connection Offline Conditions: no internet connection Message: No network detected. Refresh once back online.
