Changes / View Change
Any outbound messages - regardless of trigger - will be dispatched in real-time if the scheduled date and time is now (ex: a one-off message with a zero delay) or scheduled up to 4 hours in the past (ex: flow messages that are still valid).
This ensures that time sensitive messages are sent without any delay from the eCourtDate platform.
