Choose Another User to Notify When Reporting an Issue

In the in-app Report Issue form - search for other users to include in any ticket emails with the Notify Users field.
This allows users to search for other users by name/email. If no user is found or a different email needs to be added, simply fill in the field as needed.
The user who creates the ticket will be auto-notified and does not need to fill in the field.
