Case "Location" Field

Assign a Location directly to a Case. Previously, only Events or Payments could be assigned a Location.
Cases created through Uploads use the existing Location field.
Use the [CaseLocation] merge tag to auto-populate the location name in messages.
Use the [CaseLocationAddress] merge to auto-populate the location address in messages.
