New Payments Merge Tags: [TotalPayments] and [OutstandingBalance]

New merge tags available to use.

1. [TotalPayments] will output the sum total of all non-archived and non-trashed Payments for a given client.
2. [OutstandingBalance] will output the sum total all non-archived and non-trashed payments with an outstanding balance.
   Note: Both merge tags will auto-format the output to two decimal spaces with $. To use in a message template, you do not need to add the currency separately.
