Portal Enroll > Submit Button Title, Confirmation Message, and Redirect Options

When using the Portals Self-Enroll feature, the following settings are now available:

Submit Button Title: customize the button instead of Sign Up
Confirmation Message: customize the confirmation message instead of the generic message.
Redirect After Enroll: auto-redirect the client to an external link (must be a secure URL)
