All messages support the multilingual feature.
Messages are defaulted to English. Client messages language can be set by the client via the Client Web Portal, or by a user via the eCourtDate admin dashboard.
To enable different account languages, go to the Settings page (step1) and select the different languages to use (step2).
Step 1: Click on the gear icon, then on Settings in the drop-down menu.
Step 2: Select languages from Language drop-down list and click Save.
Selected languages can be applied to all features that use messages.
On the Settings page, click on the Auto Messages tab on the left (1) then click on the languages icon (2).
Fill in the template of enabled language and click Save at the top right.
Click on the Flows page on the top navigation menu.
Once on the Flows page, click on the Messages tab on the left (1).
Select a flow message from the Flow Messages list (2) then click on the languages icon (3).
Fill in each language template.
Go to the Clients page (step1) and select a client (step2).
On the selected client's page, choose the language to communicate messages with the client under Preferred Language field and click Save at the top right.
Note: only enabled languages from settings will show in the list of client preferred languages.
Clients can set their preferred language via Client Web Portal.
