eCourtDate now supports the ability to set a custom Email Address! This means you can send notifications from your email address rather than the default eCourtDate address. Our system does not support @gmail.com or any other personal inbox for security reasons. To set a custom Agency Email, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Settings (Gear icon on top)

  2. Agency Emails tab, start filling in the email address you want to send emails from, and click "Verify Email."

  3. You will receive a verification email once the email address is ready for use, so you may expect to receive a confirmation to prove that the address has your permission.

  4. An example screenshot of the verification email is below. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don't receive them in your inbox.

  5. Once verified, a green checkbox will appear next to the email address.

  6. When both "Primary" and "Forward to Assigned Users" are enabled, the email address is used as the default email address, and inbound email replies are forwarded to assigned users.
