What happens if a client replies or calls back to a reminder message?

eCourtDate allows you to choose whether you want to enable inbound messages. If you do, any inbound reply will automatically appear in the client's message feed.

Inbound messages do count against your billable SMS credits.

You can also configure the message that clients receive if they call or reply to a message by filling in the Autoresponder fields.

You can still set autoresponders if you disable inbound.
