Can I change my dedicated phone number?

If you've already activated a phone number, you'll need to deactivate it before choosing a new one. Simply click on the trash icon and you'll then be able to activate a new phone number. 

Can I use multiple phone numbers?

At this time, we only support multiple phone numbers for sub-accounts. We will provide the ability to use multiple phone numbers based on flows in the coming future.

Do I have to use a dedicated phone number?

Not at all! eCourtDate will send messages using our standard number 407-641-1459. Note: You will not be able to receive inbound messages without using your own number. Since it's free, why not use one?

Can I use a phone number I already own?

Yes! Contact our support team via chat or [email protected] to request a custom phone number activation. We'll need to verify that you own the account, the process takes 2 - 4 business days. Note: Outbound messages will use your number, but inbound messages will not route through eCourtDate.
