Go to the Settings page (step1) then click on From Phones (step2).
Step 1: Click on the gear icon, then on Settings in the drop-down menu.
Step 2: On Settings page, click on From Phones on the left side.
Enter your area code in the search field and click on Search Available Phone Numbers.
A list of results of all available phone numbers with the entered area code will show up.
Select a phone number and click on Activate Phone Number.
The activated phone number will show up in the From Phones list.
Click on the activated phone number to edit it.
Enable the Primary option to make the phone number your agency's primary From Phone number.
An example use-case of From Phones is flows.
Click on the Flows page on the top navigation menu.
Assign a phone number to a flow by selecting an activated phone number from the From Phone drop-down on Flows page.
